Liana Peters

Liana Peters is the owner and veterinarian at KALITERA. She began her career in 2011 in Australia, working with racehorses. Even a minor injury in a racehorse can result in a loss of hundredths of a second—and potentially the race victory. Her time in Australia emphasized the critical importance of exceptional equine health. This pursuit of perfection has remained a guiding principle throughout her career, whether in identifying and rehabilitating sports injuries or other areas of veterinary medicine.

With a strong equestrian background—as a breeder, enthusiast, and rider—she can quickly and effectively adapt veterinary solutions to any situation.

Tessa Buffet

Since 2023, Tessa has been working as a veterinarian at KALITERA. During her studies in Belgium, it quickly became clear that she wanted to pursue her passion for reproduction and internal medicine in horses. After graduating, she moved to a secondary referral clinic in the Netherlands with the goal of helping horses reach peak condition and tackling complex medical challenges.

Horses can't talk, but their bodies do show signals. As a dedicated equine veterinarian, Tessa sees it as her mission to piece together those clues. With a keen eye, a listening ear, and advanced medical diagnostics, she seeks solutions that truly make a difference. Driven by her love for horses and her profession, she ensures a thorough, tailored approach.
